DWT Digital Counsel

Brian J. Hurh

Brian Hurh knows the science of technology as well as he does the science of the law. As a former systems engineer and computer programmer for a New York Internet payment start-up company, with undergrad and graduate degrees in engineering from Cornell, he uses this background to offer a valuable and unique legal perspective to clients working with all things tech, from virtual currencies and mobile wallets to underground radar systems and wireless communication networks. His technical and business background helps to better serve his clients by breaking down operational and legal obstacles to innovation. Brian enjoys both learning about and using the technology behind his clients’ products and believes this helps him to more accurately and creatively advise them.
