Sam Bayard works with clients at the intersection of digital media, technology, and entertainment. He assists his clients with complex matters including copyright infringement, libel, and First Amendment litigation, and also handles content review and production counseling for a number of television shows and digital media properties. Sam is tireless, creative, and effective when it comes to solving his clients’ problems or helping them do their best work. Sam was a fellow at Harvard Law School’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society and helped run the Citizen Media Law Project before joining DWT.
